These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Sequencer and related services ("Service") provided by Tribulnation ("we", "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Description of the Service
Sequencer is a crypto aggregator that lets you explore currencies, platforms, and networks; compare earn products and find transfer routes; and (where available) view your portfolio by connecting your exchange or platform accounts via API. We may add or change features (e.g. execution-related features) and will describe them in the Service and in our policies.
2. Eligibility and account
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and update it when it changes.
3. Acceptable use
You may use the Service only in accordance with these Terms and applicable law. You must not: use the Service for any illegal purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data; abuse, overload, or disrupt the Service; or use the Service to harm others or to violate any third party's rights. We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms.
4. API keys and connected accounts
When you connect an exchange or platform account (e.g. via API keys), you grant us permission to use those credentials as described in the Service and in our Privacy Policy. We use read-only access for portfolio and similar features; for features that require other permissions (e.g. placing orders), we will ask for your explicit consent and explain the scope. You are responsible for the permissions you grant and for complying with each platform's own terms. We are not responsible for the actions or policies of third-party platforms.
5. No financial or investment advice
The Service is for information and convenience only. We do not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Data we show (e.g. rates, routes, portfolio values) may be delayed, estimated, or incorrect. You should not rely on it as the sole basis for any decision. You are solely responsible for your own research and decisions.
6. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Data from third-party platforms is outside our control; we are not responsible for its accuracy or availability. Crypto and related products involve risk; you use the Service at your own risk.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tribulnation and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or, if nothing was paid, zero). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in such cases our liability is limited to the maximum permitted by law.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access, or discontinue the Service or any feature, with or without notice, for any reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. Sections that by their nature should survive (e.g. disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law) will survive.
9. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version here and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service. For material changes, we may notify you by email or a notice on the site.
10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Tribulnation operates, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
11. General
If any part of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not waive that right or provision. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies we publish for the Service, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
