About Sonic SVM

Sonic SVM (SONIC) is the token of Sonic, the first SVM chain to launch on Solana, built for games and consumer applications and powered by the Sonic HyperGrid rollup framework. SONIC is used for fees, staking and ecosystem incentives. It is a different project from Sonic Labs, the Layer 1 whose token trades as S, and several venues list Sonic SVM under the SONIC ticker alongside a separate S market.
