About Lido Staked MATIC

stMATIC was Lido's liquid staking token for Polygon's MATIC, representing MATIC delegated to Polygon validators through Lido. Its rate against MATIC rose with staking rewards rather than holding parity. Lido wound the Polygon product down, so stMATIC now trades mainly as a legacy position.
